Tyre recycling

Tyre Recycling
Concept investigation and production of business plans for tyre recycling plants of various sizes. The plants are fitted with innovative equipment designed and manufactured in Australia and incorporate exclusive Devulcanising technology.

SMASH - Sycamore Microwave Assisted Sludge Handling
This project utilises the heating properties of microwaves and applies these properties to the waste sludge produced from Marine Heavy Fuel Oil. This sludge is stored on board in ‘Tanktainers’, craned ashore when the ship comes alongside the port and then the microwaves are applied at the disposal depot to facilitate emptying of the ‘Tanktainer’. The system removes the potential for spillage and pollution and allows more rapid turn around of the ship in port.

Morley Kite Sail
This is a Research and Development Project to construct and test a patented catamaran sail system that provides lift as well as propulsion and will involve major increase in speed with the same sail area. The Project is based on a 16ft Hobi Cat but the concept can be applied to other sports catamarans.

Offshore Wave Energy Limited (OWEL)
This is a patented system for generating power from the energy of Offshore Waves by utilising the horizontal motion of the waves and the pocket of air that may be trapped and carried along within the wave trough. It is envisaged that 200m x 200m offshore platforms, also supporting wind powered generators, will be able to generate many megawatts of power from the waves and the wind.

PLASTI Ltd
A Development Project to design and construct a Sustainable Beach Groyne replacing scarce Greenheart timber resources with recycled plastics and specially designed composite piles.

Portable Pile Driver
Patented and Versatile Pile and Post Driving system that can be easily fitted to standard plant, including JCBs, Farm Tractors, HIABs, Fork Lifts, etc, to provide a versatile and mobile system for a variety of applications and situationss.
 
C-Wave
SMART Feasibility Study into a Patented Floating Breakwater system that has the potential to both dissipate the wave energy, to convert this energy into movement that will reduce mooring loads and to collect the energy to generate power. The concept will have considerable applications where sedimentation and the ecology are an issue or where conventional Breakwaters cannot be sited.
Glass Recycling
Patented System for Recycling Unsorted Glass Bottles and for using the end product as a fluxing agent in Brick and Ceramics manufacture.
 
 KOSP
A highly efficient Oil Spill Remediation system that converts seaborne oil spills into a floating plasticene mass that can be easily collected. The process can be reversed to allow recovery of the oil.
